The Department for Continuing Education at the University of Oxford is pleased to invite applications for a bursary of up to £3,000 to undertake the part-time Postgraduate Certificate in Ecological Survey Techniques for September 2017 entry. Postgraduate Certificate in Ecological Survey Techniques<http://www.conted.ox.ac.uk/est1> September 2017 The Postgraduate Certificate in Ecological Survey Techniques Africa Bursary<https://www.conted.ox.ac.uk/about/est-bursary-africa> is available to current residents of all African countries (except Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya and Egypt). It is generously supported by the Schroder Charity Trust. Study while working and learn how to produce more effective ecological surveys: * Introductory residential week in Oxford and field visit to Wytham Woods (SSSI) * Tutored online modules in field survey techniques for * Vegetation * Data Analysis * Mammals and Reptiles * Birds * Fish and Amphibians * Invertebrates * Field project and report (your choice of location) To be considered for the Bursary apply for the programme by 12 May 2017.
