We are seeking a PhD student to work on a collaborative project addressing the value of environmental DNA for monitoring spatiotemporal variation in biodiversity. This project is best suited for students with background and interest in bioinformatics and/or ecological data analysis because the research will be focussed on the analysis of molecular data, and will not involve lab work.
