The Texas A&M Natural Resources Institute is looking for 1 motivated Research Assistant to assist a field crew leader in collecting data on the distribution, abundance, and roost use of bats across Texas, with an emphasis on the northern and northeastern portions of the state. The study goal is to characterize habitat conditions across the region prior to the arrival of white-nose syndrome (WNS) on both public and private lands.

Required: B.S. in wildlife science, biology/zoology, ecology, or closely related fields. Preferred MS degree.
