From September 25th to November 5, 2017, the Environmental Leadership
and Training Initiative (ELTI) at the Yale School of Forestry &
Environmental Studies will be offering online courses in English and
Spanish open for public enrollment entitled, “Tropical Forest
Restoration in Human-Dominated Landscapes.” *Application deadline is
September 1, 2017.*
This six-week course is designed for a diverse audience of environmental
professionals working on forest landscape restoration. They feature lead
professors, Dr. Mark Ashton (English) and Dr. Florencia Montagnini
(Spanish), as well as a suite of other Yale University professors and
international case studies from diverse partners working in tropical
Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Limited partial scholarships are
available.
