Collected papers of August Krogh (animal physiologist, late 19th century, first half 20th century)? Patterns of citation.
Dear Colleagues: Does anyone know of a published compilation of collected papers by the famous Danish physiologist August Krogh (animal physiologist, late 19th century, first half 20th century)? A second question is whether anyone knows of citation patterns by colleagues in the same field/time as Krogh? In other words, who they would choose to cite? Who would they not mention? If mentioned, is it positive, neutral, or negative? If not, any paper addressing those issues would be appreciated. Of course, as author and editor, for years I have sensed some obvious patterns but have never quantified them. I am aware wars can disrupt some of these patterns. If you have constructive suggestions on either matter, could you send me an email off the list? Thanks and apologies for potential duplicate emails. blayjo...@gmail.com Sincerely, Jorge Jorge A.
