The environment influences development in complex and interesting ways. Endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) are ubiquitous environmental pollutants that negatively affect a variety of developmental and physiological processes. My lab studies the ways in which these pollutants affect development of sexually dimorphic traits. Competitive applicants will be passionate about learning, comfortable with receiving constructive feedback, and have strong writing skills. Experience with the mouse model will be considered a plus.
