microbial ecology workshop held June 24-30, 2018 at Kellogg Biological
Station in Michigan, USA.

-------

What: EDAMAME is an intensive, hands-on course in microbial metagenome
analysis, covering workflows from raw sequence analysis through to
multivariate statistics and ecological interpretation. For more information,
check out our course website and wiki.

When: June 24-30, 2018

Where: Kellogg Biological Station

Why: The learning goals for the EDAMAME course are to
• Increase computing literacy
• Develop proficiency in cloud computing
• Analyze microbial amplicon sequences
• Analyze microbial shotgun metagenome sequences
• Apply ecological statistics to analyze and interpret microbial sequencing data
• Access resources provided by public sequence databases

Application: Apply through Friday February 2, 2018.
