I'm teaching a class for R users in the biological sciences. Most students are geneticists and I'd like to offer them some exercises exploring microbial community analysis in R. I'm aware of the package microbiomeSeq, but I know it isn't in stable release yet. Please send any suggestions my way- thanks!
