*Post-Baccalaureate Ecology Research Technician at Wellesley College* This position at will assist with field and laboratory ecology research as part of a project that examines the ecological niche of an invasive plant using demographic methods. Primary responsibilities will involve plant demography and environmental sampling at multiple field sites throughout Southern New England and soil analysis in the laboratory. The person in this position will also help design and conduct greenhouse studies and will work closely with undergraduates. Previous experience with fieldwork and basic laboratory methods are required, but need not be strictly ecological in nature. Experience with data management/analysis and modeling (e.g. familiarity with R) is preferred.
