The Rocky Mountain Biological Laboratory is offering a limited number of small travel grants for field scientists, including geologists and social scientists, who would like to travel to Gothic to explore joining RMBL's research and education community. Awards are available to scientists at the postdoctoral level or in faculty positions who are US citizens, permanent residents, and individuals who are eligible to work in the US. We are particularly interested in supporting early career scientists. If you would like to apply, please send me a copy of your resume along with a cover letter that provides a bit of information about where you are in your career, your research interests, how RMBL could potentially fit into your research/education goals, any logistical considerations involved in working at RMBL that you would like to explore, and a budget.
The maximum award will be $1,000. Requests will be processed on a rolling basis until all funds have been awarded. You can find more information about RMBL through our website, www.rmbl.org <http://www.rmbl.org> . Ian Billick, PhD Executive Director/RMBL PO 519, Crested Butte, CO 81224 970 349 6669
