Hi all,

The most prominent management strategy when managing for overall biodiversity
of a
system is to manage for plant biodiversity, the idea being that managing for
higher plant
biodiversity will result in greater biodiversity of all other taxonomic groups.
Can anyone
here point me to a review article or two that discuss this idea and the
research behind it
and? Is their any research out there that supports a different approach that
achieves
greater overall biodiversity for all taxa (such as managing strictly for
macroinvertebrates or
otherwise)?

Thanks for your time/help,
Kris
