*Responsibilities:* The successful candidate will assist with ongoing research projects by providing both lab and field support. Laboratory duties may consist of preparing and analyzing water samples for major cations and anions, nutrients, and other physical properties, processing sediment or soils samples, as well as general lab maintenance. Field duties are needed to assist graduate students and faculty working locally. *Minimum Qualifications:* - Analytical laboratory experience - Ability to conduct fieldwork *Preferred Qualifications* - Strong interest and experience in biogeochemistry - Proficiency in statistical computing software - Experience with analytical procedures in the following areas, major nutrients, anions, and cations in freshwaters, sediment core analyses, and extraction of organic contaminants from environmental samples *Wages* The successful candidate will start at an hourly wage that corresponds to experience level.
