This months HomePower magazine features a large solar house which claims to be ecological. I suppose it is ecological when compared to its neighbors, i've never lived next to George Bush (one of the neighbors) so i am guessing <grin>. The house is described at: http://www.solarhouse.com If we ignore the ecological foot print of this house it is an interesting and well documented design. Possibly a good example of the current thinking in technology and alternative energy. What i find interesting is the diversity of people who use the word ecological and their view of the path ahead. I'm definitly on a different path and would not build a house like this, but still it is a step in the right direction and fun to read about. ---------- Jeff Owens ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) Zone 7 Underground house, solar energy, reduced consumption, no TV
