I am very late to this discussion, but the idea above is one I've been trying
to work out for some time. A masonry heater that also provides the radiant flor
heat, moving warm liquid into other parts of the house where the benefits and
mass of the masonry heater itself would't reach.
Of course, this would have to include infloor tubing and some kind of a pump,
so the complexity factor does go up. Im not sure what you mean by
thermosymphone.
Anyways, anyone who has seen plans or commercial masonry heater products that
have this dual purpose capability, I'd love to hear more.
