Hi I am in Australia but I suspect that the following possibility would be available in the U.S. too. Today on a "home improvement" show they showed recycled shipping containers, modified as a stand alone room. Complete with one or more doors and windows which can be covered by the original sides as an awning and presumably battened for security. I suspect it might be possible to instruct them not to paint, or to put in carpet or lino so you can do your own "safe" touching up, but have a useful shell to start with. The short story is at the following url: http://www.brightideas.com.au/search.html?showID=163 The attraction to me is that the materials ought to be relatively inert as they would be pretty old, strong and sealed. Hope that helps.
