I strongly believe that diversity in the diet is overlooked. We seem to be looking for that one food, or pill, that will do it all. Too simplistic. Nature thrives because of diversity. In Japan, there is a traditional idea that one should eat 32 different foods each meal. I might have this wrong, 33?, each day? I'll check on it. But, in any event, the idea is good, I believe. We don't know enough about health and nutrition to risk anything less than a wide diversity of clean, wholesome food. Eric:
