There seems to have been a little mix up about "List Status". Evidentially, Jeff Owens, the list owner of "ecopath", accidentally sent a message intended for that list to the Deep Ecology list. It said that the list would be down for a few days. He was talking about the ecopath list, not the Deep Ecology list. The Deep Ecology list is evidentially okay. Renee Lertzman is the list owner of Deep Ecology. Below is what she sent me when I joined the list. I hope this clears thing up. I moderate this list, but in a very low-maintanance way. I encourage folks to step forward and utilize this list for fruitful discussions, events posting, queries, academic research, etc. I would like to see as well more book reviews and recommendations, journal or magazine articles that move us in some way, experiences to share with the list.
