Thank you very much. As for using archived list material, I can't use it
without express permission from the poster. Doing otherwise would violate
my personal ethics. As for an open copyright, I wish I were in the position
where I could give away everything I write. I contribute a lot of free
stuff to several mailing lists. Paul Hetrick has been here and can attest
that I need more income. My personal mission of helping others and my need
for income are combined in the decision to publish The Complete Guide on my
Web page rather than having it paper published. Everyone is welcome to use
the material for their personal use but if they then were to distribute the
material, others would have no need to come to my site and might therefore
not learn of and possibly buy my book, How To Find Your Ideal Country Home,
and might never buy any books from Amazon.com through my country bookstore,
both of which give me a few dollars to keep on keeping on. If The Complete
Guide creates enough traffic to my site I might also be able to use other
associate programs and even earn a few ad dollars from appropriate
companies.
If you have a lot of anything, put it to use helping others.
