I'm in the middle of researching indoor food crops and
not finding much information. Has anyone ever seen a
book on edible houseplants that are easy to grow in low
light conditions? How about books on useful houseplants?
Here is what i've come up with for low light food crops:
Herbs - Parsley
- chives
- basil
- thyme
Salad - mustards
- low light lettuces
- other low light leaf crops
Fruit - strawberries
- fig
- some citrus
- coffee plant
- guava
Other - carrot
How about houseplants with other useful qualities... aroma, edible
flowers, killing airborne pathogens?
