Hi,
I've not been posting to ecopath for a while because I've been dealing with
nursing Brodie and adjusting to my loss. Brodie, my assistance dog, was
injured when we were entering a store and the automatic door malfunctioned
and closed on us. The injury to his spine resulted in his retirement and
his pain and weakness led to his eventual refusal to eat or drink or leave
his bed. Brodie died last month and I've been trying to pick up the pieces
of my life. We were together for over eleven years. Some of you may
remember me mentioning him on the OGL list in conjunction with my gardening
activities. He was the most incredible dog I have ever known. If anyone

I think I am far enough along in the grieving process that I can now resume
participating in Ecopath discussions, and I plan on posting about my new
project.
