Rodale's  The Solar Greenhouse Book (1978) [probably out of print but I have an old copy} gives a couple examples  of composting in greenhouses.  In one  two bins are accessed by wood doors in the back of the greenhouse. Every couple weeks  the contents of one was pulled out , mixed with horse manure, and  put back in.  Sounds like a lot of wintertime work but if one had a horse stable adjacent to the greenhouse  would be good immediate utilization for the manure while it is the hottest and a lot of good compost in the spring.  In the other the operator prided himself in being able to nurse "sick " house plants back to health in a few days of  humid  CO2 rich atmosphere.
Another dual use that is intriguing is combine a greenhouse with a sauna for which a couple examples are  also given.    vann southern NH , still too much snow to consider  pruning.
