I just joined this list and wanted to let Gene know that I had the following
quote from his ruralize.com website taped to my computer for a year:
Where is the best place to live?
Your best place is the one that suits your clothes, encourages your
lifestyle and makes you smile a lot.
I've figured out that since I like wearing Polarfleece, frilly dresses and
being naked that summers in Colorado and winters in Baja suits my lifestyle
the best! But I'm still figuring out how to be nomadic, support myself,
grow my own vegetables and have a home at the same time.
So, Gene, by your example you really have helped me clarify my vision for a
more self-reliant lifestyle.
Kind regards,
Beaux Berkeley
