Sun flower houses

Last year i grew a bean house. It was
a tipi and some fast growing beans. That
was fun but too much work. This year we
played with sun flowers and created a
small enclosure. This made an ineresting focal
point in the garden till the sunflowers began got
too tall and fell over. If anyone has the room they might
give it a try. Here are my thoughts for next year.

 - plant sun flowers 2 feet apart and stake
with metal rod or strong pole.
 - possibly interplant with orach
   for variety.
 - make enclosure at least 6 feet in diamater
because sunflower leaves are big and take
   space.
 - select a variety known to produce big seeds.
Last year we grew giants but the seeds were
   small.
