goals

This is a check list of possible goals. I've found most of the
important goals involve seeking balance so we never finish them off.
What do you think?

1. Walk more often
2. Eat less
3. Hold hands more often
4. Avoid useless information and destructive people
5. Look for possibilities rather than obstacles
6. Look for areas where more patience is needed
7. Apply more tolerance without hiding beliefs
8. Spend more time learning to appreciate nature
9. Try something new each month/year.
10. Study the Buddhist concept of being in the present.
11. Try to forgive past wrongs that are painful.
12. Evaluate possessions and discard clutter.
13. Give feedback and appreciation to others.
14. Listen to others when they need a friend.
15. Watch a sunset and ignore the TV more often.
16. Spend time with the elderly and very young.
17. Seek simplicity
18. Look for health fairs and visit one
19. Read a few good books
20. List worries and plan responses
21. Sleep better by always telling the truth.
22. Seek truth by avoiding distortions such as advertising.
