The US Geodetic Survey now reports that we have 20-50
years of oil left. This doesn't describe the effect or date
we begin to experience struggles for oil. Is that scary or what?

It feels strange to sit here in the midst of affluent
neighbors with their SUV's and know beyond much
doubt that is will all change soon?
A local high school group sponsored a booth at one
of the earth day events yesterday and distributed
pamphlets about oil issues. They talked about the
environmental impact and ignored the much bigger issue
of world tensions.... A whole society scared to face
reality?
