Hi Loren,
There are many distributors of "glow-in-the-dark" products
and different chemical compounds. It makes research a little
difficult. A few sites give data on how much light it takes to
charge and how long the charge lasts. Some polymers release
light very quickly and stay bright for a few minutes and others
give off less light but last longer. They have lots of different
names and it appears people are repackaging the stuff
for resale.

I ordered from the following Oregon site because it was
local, inexpensive, and the descriptions appeared to
be accurate:

  www.identi-tape.com/phosphor.htm

A few wholesale manufactures have web pages with
more data but it is difficult to track their raw ingredients
to the various products. It appears this stuff starts out
as a powder and is then mixed into paint or plastic.

What i want to see is a house painted with this stuff. It
would glow all night and attract attention. They
sell a house paint so somewhere there must be a bunch
of strange houses glowing in the dark.
