There is already a driver for the M25Pxx family in ecos/packages/devs/flash/spi/m25pxx. It was developed for the STM32 Cortex-M3 port, but should be easy to use on any other target. I believe the driver already supports all current M25Pxx parts, including the M25P80. -- Nick Garnett eCos Kernel Architect eCosCentric Limited http://www.eCosCentric.com The eCos experts Barnwell House, Barnwell Drive, Cambridge, UK.
