FWIW, I have added a few more endian-related headers to cygwin for the
upcoming Cygwin release - 1.5.19.  We're struggling to release this
version now.

In the meantime, you can download a Cygwin snapshot, if you want:
http://cygwin.com/snapshots/ .  If you have problems, please report them
to the main cygwin list:  http://cygwin.com/lists.html .
