[ECOS] eCos development on OS X or a BSD box?

Is anyone using OS X or one of the three main BSD's as their development 
platform for eCos apps?

Don't get me wrong, I'm ok with Linux, but I'm trying to avoid yet 
another *nix version at home ;-)
