Where can I find this port for lpc2294????

I have made it on the basis of

Look README eth!!!

In "hal_platform_setup.h" 
line 152 - ldr r1,=0x10003101 - error(CS2 8-bit)
                ldr r1,=0x10003501 - OK(CS2 16-bit)
