Nope. You do it all manually. How you do this will depend on your
hardware. eg where does the firmware live? Is it hard coded into your
image? Is if in a few blocks in flash, is it in a filesystem
somewhere? Do you tftp it from a server?
Are you porting a Linux driver? Be very careful about licensing....
