Jim Tcl (of which I'm an official maintainer) now has an eCos repository in CVS HEAD.
Jim Tcl is used inside eCos athttpd(eCos CVS HEAD is hopelessly out of date). athttpd which lives at ecosforge(for now) no longer contains Tcl, so you'll need to use the official Jim Tcl repository.
