In the moment i think it's possible that the crashes come from a RAM
shortage... I looked at the stack usages, and they look ok, but i don't
know how to check the stack-usage of the interrupt-stack and i have no
idea how to check the heap-usage. Can You give me some hints on this?

Are you saying that fstreams do not work unless you use them from the
'main' thread? Try comparing behaviour between the use of fstreams from
main() and from other threads by stepping down into the uSTL code
itself. If you are convinced that there's a bug here, please do raise a
report in Bugzilla and attach a minimal test case:
