You can get it at DigiKey, but since THIS microcontroller is not very common, you have to ask them for a quote. Minimum quantity is 168 pcs on tray, otherwise 2500 as TR.
I am afraid that is not true. I have already talked to them. The problem with this device is that it had last time buy April 2010. We did order 1k5 pcs back then, but Atmel/Arrow can not deliver in time. Current confirmation date is April 2011, and we wanted them september 2010.
