It is indeed a Cortex-M3. I'm using CVS (around 3/4 year old). I'll try this out this evening (or tomorrow), as I don't have the hardware at hand at work. But from the description of the problem and related bugs, I guess this is what I am facing. Thanks for pointing this out!
