For SPI2 or SPI3 set CYGHWR_DEVS_SPI_CORTEXM_STM32_BUS2_CS_GPIOS or CYGHWR_DEVS_SPI_CORTEXM_STM32_BUS3_CS_GPIOS accordingly.
