Hi all, I have encoutered David's problem with "XGetWindowAttributes" but this is happening when using the "-lX11" flag. I am stuck at this point, don't know what to do.
Here is the error: /usr/bin/ld: /home/scas/ecos-stuff/wxGTK-2.8.8/lib/libwx_gtk2_core-2.8.a(corelib_utilsx11.o): undefined reference to symbol 'XGetWindowAttributes' /usr/bin/ld: note: 'XGetWindowAttributes' is defined in DSO /usr/lib/gcc/i686-linux-gnu/4.6/../../../i386-linux-gnu/libX11.so so try adding it to the linker command line /usr/lib/gcc/i686-linux-gnu/4.6/../../../i386-linux-gnu/libX11.so: could not read symbols: Invalid operation collect2: ld returned 1 exit status If anyone could give me a hint what to do, I would greatly appreciate it.
