Hello, the following patch adds per channel interrupt priority support and per channel baudrate generator support to the generic serial driver.
The NXP LPC2468 supports individual clocks for each on chip peripheral. That means each UART may have a different clock source and so it is necessary to get the baudrate divisor dynamically during runtime for each UART channel.
