Updates for the AT91 EMAC driver

Hello John and Andrew,

I just received the ecos-patches-digest.
I will look at John's patch.
I will also try to make time to mail my patch. But for the moment my old 
pc (the only one with ecos cvs access) has crashed..
We'll see.
