Can you please refrain from further non-trivial changes until you have a copyright assignment. You will also now need to ensure all files you have just modified are explicitly included in the list of "Existing files you have modified" on the assignment. As a result (assuming you have already requested an assignment form) you will need to make a new request of the FSF for an assignment.
