add support for Cirrus Logic EP93XX ARM9
This patch adds support for the Cirrus Logic EP93XX series ARM9 processors.
Provides UART,Ethernet and Flash support.

EP9315A
This patch was formed off of the ecos-i386linux.tar.bz2 package. I cannot find
a version number to add for Bugzilla. I believe it is version 2.0b
