Fix new warnings in eCos kernel tests
Once more clean-up on set-but-not-used warnings for kernel tests. A patch is
provided.
Perhaps, you prefer to propogare CYGBLD_ATTRIB_UNUSED and for `tm_basic', then,
let me know and I'll use the attributes (I just removed the odd references).
