Thanks again for the report, Adam.  I led Dustin to believe that
ecryptfs_enable_filename_crypto doesn't exist and after someone on the
mailing list asked for that functionality, I stumbled across the option.

Bug description:
Just noticed that the ecryptfs_enable_filename_crypto option was not mentioned 
in the man page, so I've attached a quick patch.  Not sure if it's the exact 
wording you'd like, but hopefully it's  start.
