Hey Danilo - The gpg key module isn't finished so it is disabled. It won't show up in ecryptfs-manager. Ubuntu should not be building/shipping it. They don't ship the OpenSSL key module, which is what I suspect you want to use.
To get OpenSSL support, you'll have to build from source. Feel free to stop by the OFTC/#ecryptfs IRC channel if you run into any problems along the way. I suspect Ubuntu will begin shipping the NSS (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ecryptfs/+bug/366393) and GPG (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ecryptfs/+bug/327277) key modules when they are completed. Please subscribe to those bugs to keep track of the status. If you are a developer, we'd love for you to contribute to either of those key modules. :) BTW, I've verified that this is not an actual bug in ecryptfs-utils-79.
