Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ecryptfs-utils

Once ecryptfs is mounted for a user root can access to it's contents, so
it's not a so "Private" folder. Private folder should be readable only
by it's owner not even by root. This is specially important if the user
and the administrator are not the same person.

** Affects: ecryptfs-utils (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

--
root can access other users mounted Private folder
