I'm sorry, but that's not the way eCryptfs works.  eCryptfs is intended
to protect your data from attack by theft, and not from your root
administrator.

Bug description:
Binary package hint: ecryptfs-utils

Once ecryptfs is mounted for a user root can access to it's contents, so it's 
not a so "Private" folder. Private folder should be readable only by it's owner 
not even by root. This is specially important if the user and the administrator 
are not the same person.
