Make sure the ECSDefaults class got compiled and is in your class path
also make sure that the org.apache.ecs.ecs.properites file is in your
classpath. If all that is correct try renaming the ecs.properties file
so that it matches the correct pattern for your locale ( all though i
don't think this is the problem )
