Yep. It is the same general idea, however, I was thinking
of using ECS as the foundation rather than returning to
primitive string manipulation.
Doing so should save some time and enable ECS
elements and SPFC-like Components to co-exist
on the same page.
Some interesting SPFC effects might be possible
with ECS's ability to build composite elements.
Especially since new browsers can do strange
things like placing buttons within buttons and
responding to events from just about anywhere.
SPFC should still be a good place for me to start
looking.
