I found case_type in the code, is it the right property ?
But I don't know how to set lowercase.
I found case_type in ECSDefaults and GenericElement, wrapped in
getDefaultCaseType()
that seems not to used.
Note: I switched my mailer to text (and lower case if you want !!!)
