I seem to have done something partly right.
When I say "build-ecs example" I get the ecs-1.2 jar file w/o a problem,
but I do not seem to get the TestBed either built or copied into the
\classes\source directory. I can do this command over and over and it never
claims builds the file, but it does claim to compile a core file each time.
Am I missing something basic here?
